N33 AI License Agreement

1. License Grant

Global Trendline Sp. z o.o ("Company") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the N33 AI service (including all associated web, mobile, and desktop applications) for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Permitted Use

You may use N33 AI to:

• Access AI-powered chat and assistance
• Read and explore AI news and content
• Create and manage your personal dashboards
• Analyze data and generate insights for personal use
• Download reports for personal reference

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Reproduce, modify, or distribute N33 AI or its content
• Use N33 AI for commercial purposes without written permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the service
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without authorization
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access
• Use the service to develop competing products or services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of N33 AI, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Global Trendline Sp. z o.o or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. User-Generated Content

Any content you create, upload, or submit to N33 AI remains your intellectual property. However, by submitting content, you grant Global Trendline Sp. z o.o a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for service improvement and operation purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

N33 AI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Global Trendline Sp. z o.o makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the service, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Your use of N33 AI is entirely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Trendline Sp. z o.o shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Global Trendline Sp. z o.o, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of N33 AI or violation of this License Agreement.

9. Termination

Global Trendline Sp. z o.o may terminate your access to N33 AI at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use N33 AI immediately ceases, and you must comply with all obligations under this Agreement.

10. Third-Party Services and Content

11. Data and Privacy

Your use of N33 AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding data collection, storage, and usage.

12. Modifications to Agreement

Global Trendline Sp. z o.o reserves the right to modify this License Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of N33 AI following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

This License Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Krakow, Poland.
